Kilworth GAA Club Notes 25 June 2026

SUCCESSFUL ANNUAL GOLF CLASSIC
Our annual Kilworth GAA Club Golf Classic took place last Friday, June 19th, at Fermoy Golf Club, with a fantastic turnout of teams competing in challenging and mixed weather conditions. The club would like to extend its sincere thanks to Blackwater Motors Cork, Fermoy, and Skibbereen for once again coming on board as the event’s main sponsor. Your continued loyalty and generous support are truly valued and greatly appreciated.
Many thanks to Fermoy Golf club for facilitating this event again this year, the setting and course was impeccable, and it is great credit to all the staff involved. Also, many thanks for the beautiful meal that was provided to the players upon completion of their rounds which was greatly appreciated by all.
To Ned O’Brien and all the team members who orchestrated the event, a great deal of time and effort was put into planning and coordinating this event which was visibly evident, and we thank you all sincerely for this.
Finally, a huge thank you to those who entered a team, sponsored a team or tee box, bought raffle tickets, or helped out in any way in the lead up to this highly successful event.
