WINNING START FOR JUNIOR FOOTBALLERS
Kilworth junior footballers were victors in their opening game of the Avondhu division 3 football league against Ballyhooly last Sunday morning. Playing against a strong breeze Kilworth led at half time by four points on a scoreline of 1-5 to 0-4. Kilworth’s goal came from the penalty spot from the boot of Eoin Carey and points were added by Eoin, Luke Carey, Aaron Browne, and Brian Sheehan during the first half. With the hard work done in the first half and now with the aid of the strong breeze in the second half, Kilworth pulled clear to win on a final scoreline of 2-14 to 1-04.

REBELS BOUNTY DRAW
The deadline for the Rebels Bounty Draw is fast approaching with the first draw of Rebels Bounty 2026 taking place in three weeks’ time, which includes draws for January, February, and March and has a grand total of 90 prizes on offer. This helps clubs raise vital funds and it is a proven major fundraising activity for our club with 100% of all proceeds collected over the allotted quota going directly back into the club. Over 12 monthly draws (30 monthly prizes) there is a grand total of €500,000 in prizes to be collected with 360 chances to win. Kilworth GAA have been extremely fortunate in the Rebels Bounty draw since its formation five years ago and had another two winners in 2025. Now is the time for you to renew or join for the first time and new members are always welcome. All money raised from the draw will go towards our new clubhouse development project and the upgrade works of our pitches which is not only for Kilworth GAA club but also for Kilworth Camogie, Kilworth LGFA and the entire Kilworth community. WEEKLY CLUB LOTTO
There was no winner of last week’s lotto jackpot of €3,600 held on Monday February 23rd. The numbers drawn were: 10, 14, 21, & 30. The lucky dip winner of €50 was Alan Murray c/o Online. The lucky dip winners of €25 each were Vera Jackson c/o Patsy O’Mahony, Pauline Daly c/o Ber Wheeler, & Mary O’Donoghue c/o Yearly. The jackpot prize on Monday March 2nd is €3,800.

ANNUAL GOLF CLASSIC
