REBELS BOUNTY DRAW 2025
The Rebels Bounty draw for 2025 has now been officially launched. This helps clubs raise vital funds and it is a proven major fundraising activity for our club with 100% of all proceeds collected over the allotted quota going directly back into the club. Over 12 monthly draws (30 monthly prizes) there is a grand total of €500.000 in prizes to be collected with 360 chances to win. Kilworth GAA have once again been extremely fortunate in the 2024 Rebels Bounty draws with 4 winners in total who pocketed almost €4,000 in cash between them. Now is the time for you to renew or join for the first time and new members are always welcome. Incentive Scheme – Share a ticket – 2 names may be entered on a ticket, allowing friends/family members to split the cost and share the winnings. You can enter through the club (contact any committee member) or online by visiting gaacork.ie/rebelsbounty. All money raised from the draw will go towards our ongoing club dressing room project which is not only for Kilworth GAA club but also for Kilworth Camogie, Kilworth LGFA and the entire Kilworth community. All support is greatly appreciated.
CONGRATULATIONS
Comhghairdeas to our club Secretary Michelle O’Keeffe on her recent engagement to her partner Denis. Also, congratulations to club player Liam Whelan who got engaged to his partner Darra over Christmas. Enjoy the celebrations guys!
The club would like to wish the very best of luck to Sarsfields GAA club who contest the 2024 AIB GAA Senior All-Ireland Club Championship Hurling Final this coming Sunday afternoon January 19th at Croke Park. Sarsfields have become the first Cork club in 16 years and the third club since 1987 to reach the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Final and they contest Glasnevin Dublin based outfit Na Fianna in what should be a very competitive fixture.
Newtownshandrum were the last club to represent the rebel county which was back in 2005 when they went under to Galway based Portumna by 5 points. Two years previous they were easy winners over Antrim’s Dunloy on a final scoreline of 0-17 to 1-06. Prior to this fixture the last Cork involvement at senior level on All-Ireland club final day was the 1987 final when Midleton beat Athenry on a scoreline 3-08 to 0-09.
VOTES OF SYMPATHY

The club would also like to extend its deepest sympathies to the Cronin/Condon families, Fermoy/Kilworth, and the McGrath/Hyland families, Mitchelstown/Kilworth following their recent bereavements.
